Solving Global Challenges & Human Resource Development through Japanese-Specialized Convenience Stores

To solve the challenges of expanding Japanese products overseas, we operate our own convenience stores in local markets. This practical initiative allows us to test and resolve distribution issues—such as products not reaching shelves or failing to sell—right on the front lines. By gaining first-hand insights into local consumer needs and behavior, we optimize sales methods, displays, and pricing strategies. Beyond mere theory, we translate real-world insights gained from the field into actionable business strategies.

Strategic Expansion in GERLUG Vista: Embracing Japanese Lifestyle and Culture.

Located in the HUD 18th District, a rare Class-A location within the city, GERLUG Vista is home to approximately 880 households. With many residents having lived in Japan and a shortage of stores carrying Japanese goods, there is high local anticipation for a specialized Japanese shop. The 58-sqm store features a cozy interior design tailored to Mongolia’s cold climate, despite its compact size. It includes an in-store dining area and hot-snack displays at the counter, allowing customers to enjoy frozen meals on the spot. In addition, overhead digital signage loops PR videos for Japanese products, offering a new shopping experience that makes customers "feel Japan" locally.
